Over the past year, we’ve seen location based apps explode dramatically in popularity. And with the growing ubiquity of smartphones with built in GPS units, that trend doesn’t look like it will stop anytime soon. Note: this is just my personal list of apps I would actually be willing to pay for if someone built them. Some of these ideas may already exist in some form on the iPhone, but I think they would work much better with the iPad’s large touchscreen.
